CLEWS, COOPER & BURGESS

Brought together by a mutual love of 60s and 70s pop & rock music, Bridgnorth trio Clews Cooper & Burgess have been performing together since 2012.

Graham Clews (guitar/vocals) and Leyton Burgess (drums/vocals) previously performed together in Shropshire bands SheBangg and Graham Clews Band. Rob Cooper (Bass/vocals) is half of popular Shropshire duo Cooper & Davies. As well as performing songs by their key influences (Beatles, Kinks, The Police) the trio have always featured original material at their gigs, written by Graham and Rob.

Both songwriters have received BBC radio airplay over the years and have performed at BBC Introducing live events. CCB have also performed a songwriters showcase event at Albert’s Shed, Shrewsbury.
